As an Account Development Representative (ADR), you will engage with target accounts, build relationships, and develop a pipeline of future customers. This role is essential to our business growth, as you will serve as the first point of contact, showcasing how Sisense’s cloud-based platform and advanced data analytics solutions drive impactful results across industries.

This role requires the candidate to be based in the New York City area due to potential in-person or hybrid work expectations

HOW YOU’LL RAMP:
By Day 30…

  • You’ll complete the Account Development Representative training program, gaining an understanding of Sisense’s core values and culture, while developing a solid foundation in cloud computing, data analytics, and data modeling.
  • You’ll become familiar with Sisense’s product offerings, the competitive landscape, and the transformative impact of our solutions on customers across industries.
  • You’ll work with your Account Executive and begin engaging with Named Accounts to drive strategic conversations with prospects about the power of cloud-based data platforms and analytics. By your first month, you will book your first outbound qualified call.

Day 60…

  • You’ll develop a strategic account penetration plan to engage prospects, focusing on cloud analytics and data modeling solutions to address unique business challenges.
  • You’ll deepen your technical knowledge, especially regarding cloud computing, data visualization, and advanced analytics, through continuous one-on-one coaching.
  • You’ll reach 50% of a fully ramped quota.

Day 90…

  • You’ll become an integral part of the sales team, playing a key role in driving revenue success.
  • With a deep understanding of how cloud solutions and data modeling can transform businesses, you will mentor new team members and refine your ability to sell our technical product.
  • You’ll achieve 100% of a fully ramped quota.

WHAT YOU’VE ACCOMPLISHED…SO FAR:

  • You have a proven track record in developing and managing an inbound and outbound pipeline, ideally within a SaaS environment, with a focus on cloud technologies, analytics, or data solutions.
  • You are comfortable speaking fluently in conversations relating to cloud computing and data analytics
  • You’ve created high-impact outbound campaigns and established meaningful relationships with prospective customers, showcasing your understanding of cloud computing and data analytics
  • You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced growth environment, consistently acting as a trusted advisor to your prospects by offering insights into the power of cloud-based data platforms.
  • You’ve successfully turned objections into opportunities, demonstrating resilience and the ability to adapt your approach

NYC Posting: The base pay range for candidates located in New York City is $50,000-$60,000 (/yr). The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to market location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, experience and training, education, skill sets, and other business and organizational needs.The disclosed salary range represents an estimate of the base compensation for candidates who can or will be located in New York City or California. This range may vary with respect to candidates whose primary work location is outside those jurisdictions.
