Drive Strategic Growth with Enterprise Customers
GTT is hiring an Account Director to lead high value customer relationships and drive revenue growth across enterprise accounts. This is a strategic sales role focused on expanding adoption of GTT’s cloud networking and secure connectivity solutions including SD WAN, SASE and managed network services. You will partner with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable commercial outcomes and long term value.
About the role
You will own a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers, developing account plans that drive retention, growth and customer success.
Key responsibilities:
Own and grow strategic enterprise customer relationships across assigned accounts
Drive adoption of GTT solutions including SD WAN, SASE, Internet and cloud networking
Develop and execute long term account strategies focused on retention and revenue expansion
Identify cross sell and upsell opportunities aligned to customer priorities
Translate business needs into scalable network and security solutions
Lead executive level conversations, business reviews and strategic planning sessions
Collaborate with Solutions Consulting, Marketing and Customer Success teams to deliver outcomes
Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting and account activity within CRM systems
This role suits someone who enjoys building trusted relationships, navigating complex sales cycles and delivering consistent commercial growth.
What we’re looking for
Essential:
Must live within the South Central part of the United States:
Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas, Louisiana or New Mexico
5 to 7 years of enterprise account management experience in B2B technology, IT services or telecommunications
Strong experience selling cloud networking or secure connectivity solutions such as SD WAN, SASE or WAN
Proven ability to manage complex commercial relationships and drive revenue growth
Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and strategic planning ability
Proficiency using CRM platforms
Nice to have:
Experience working with global or multinational enterprise customers
Demonstrated ability to lead virtual or cross functional teams
Strong understanding of enterprise networking and security trends
