Ntrepid is seeking an experienced Account Executive to expand our presence across the U.S. national security community. This individual will be responsible for identifying, developing, and growing strategic customer relationships within the Department of Defense (DoD), and other national security organizations.


The ideal candidate understands the government acquisition process, has an established network within the national security market, and excels at consultative, solution-based selling into sensitive mission operations. This role requires someone who can engage senior government leaders, understands mission requirements and goals, and can translate customer challenges into technology solutions that deliver high-value operational impact.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned customers.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build trusted relationships with government decision-makers, mission operators, acquisition professionals
  • Engage relevant ecosystem partners to identify joint-solution opportunities (systems integrators, technology partners, etc)
  • Lead the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through contract award and follow-on expansion.
  • Work closely with technical teams to align Ntrepid solutions with customer mission requirements.
  • Coordinate product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and customer engagements.
  • Develop pipeline forecasts and maintain accurate opportunity tracking within CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to support conferences, trade shows, customer events, and partner activities.
  • Monitor competitive activity, emerging mission requirements, and government budget priorities.
  • Support responses to RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs alongside capture and proposal teams.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
Qualifications

Required

  • U.S. citizenship.
  • 7+ years of enterprise software, cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology sales experience.
  • 5+ years selling into U.S. federal government customers, with emphasis on sensitive programs with national security organizations.
  • Demonstrated success developing and closing complex federal sales opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of the federal procurement and acquisition lifecycle.
  • Existing relationships within one or more of the following:
    • Department of Defense
    • Special Operations
  • Experience working with systems integrators and channel partners.
  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25%.

Preferred

  • Active U.S. security clearance (Top Secret, or TS/SCI)
  • Experience selling cyber operations, intelligence, cybersecurity, or digital investigation technologies.
  • Familiarity with OTA, IDIQ, BPA, and GWAC contract vehicles.
  • Experience navigating mission-focused organizations and classified environments.
  • Proven ability to build business from both existing accounts and new customer acquisition.
