Job Description
CrossVue is seeking a top-performing client relationship and solution sales executive to pursue potential clients for our AI & Data practice. As organizations accelerate their investment in AI-powered HR transformation and data-driven operations, we're building the team that will define how the market moves — and we're looking for an Account Executive who wants to be part of that story.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to work a territory. It's a role for a builder. You'll work side by side with our ERP sales teams — embedded in the deal, not brought in at the end — helping clients see beyond the implementation and into the full picture of what their data can do. That means co-defining data and holistic data management strategies alongside ERP transformation engagements, and bringing a clear point of view on how technologies like Databricks, Snowflake, and Salesforce fit together to unlock real business value. You'll shape how CrossVue's AI & Data practice shows up in your region, forge deep relationships with platform field teams, and become the person clients and colleagues alike turn to when the conversation moves from systems of record to systems of intelligence.
As a Workday Account Executive, you'll have the opportunity to:
Develop and execute net new business and territory development
Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and service forecast data
Manage statement-of-work and contracting process
Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively position CrossVue’s Workday practice
Work closely with sales and marketing team to identify and develop potential new prospects and identify additional opportunities within the existing client base
Build and maintain relationships with regional GTM and sales personnel as needed to jointly sell business solutions to existing or new customers
Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve or exceed the company’s target growth and margin requirements
Achieve or exceed established bookings, revenue and margin targets within identified regions
Establish and maintain top-level contact with key decision makers installed Workday accounts
Analyze factors in the marketplace to formulate forecasts, estimates and projections that impact selling initiatives
We're looking for someone with:
5+ years of successful solution sales and business development experience selling to Medium (ME) or Large (LE) Enterprise Organizations
Prior experience working with modern data platforms and providers — including Databricks, Snowflake, and Salesforce — with a solid grasp of data analytics, data lakes, and holistic data management strategies.
Prior experience in business application sales, preferably with Workday or similar Financial/HCM/ERP System (i.e. Workday, Oracle Fusion, PeopleSoft, SAP, Coupa, Intacct, Host Analytics, etc.)Ability to understand and effectively explain the benefits of an on-demand/software-as-a service (SaaS) offering
Proven ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment
Executive presence with demonstrated ability to collaborate with teams and clients
Experience as a leader in a team selling environment
High energy, enthusiasm and an entrepreneurial spirit!
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Creativity, confidence, flexibility, with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Solution enabler and consultative sales style
Strong presentation, communication and writing skills
A Note on Travel: Our approach is different in that we are purposeful in scheduling on-site visits with clients around their unique needs rather than the standard Monday-Thursday travel schedule that you'll find at other large firms. However, for this role, please expect travel to be roughly 30-50%.
