Position: Associate Account Executive

Location: Austin, TX (on-site Monday-Friday)

Pay: Base salary + uncapped commission potential

Who We’re Looking For: A focused, competitive, and hardworking individual who excels in creating opportunities and building relationships. As a Sales Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be fostering strong client relationships and identifying their unique business requirements. Working closely with our Technical Recruiters, you will play a pivotal role in aligning the ideal candidate with each job opportunity.

What You’ll Do:

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, lead generation, prospecting, etc

  • Use your interpersonal skills to develop, maintain and close new business opportunities

  • Effectively nurture and grow long-term relationships with new clients

  • Manage, track, and gather market intelligence using CRM tools and social media

  • Resourcefully and proactively identify and execute client growth opportunities within accounts

  • Determine and understand the business needs of the client, and their ideal candidate profile

  • Strive to meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets

  • Effectively negotiate pay rates

  • Partner closely and work collaboratively with recruiters to fill open positions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

  • 2-3+ years of sales or recruiting experience preferred.

  • Ability to stay focused on tasks while sitting at a desk for long periods of time.

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with constant shifting demands.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, especially the ability to communicate effectively over the phone.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Openness to coaching and willingness to follow directions from supervisors and higher-ups. 

  • The ideal candidate will have experience closing deals of various sizes with diverse clients.
