Key Responsibilities
Lead consultative sales calls and discovery sessions with business owners and executives.
Confidently present tailored service packages and solutions.
Address objections, negotiate effectively, and move deals forward to closure.
Maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts using CRM tools.
Collaborate with delivery and consulting teams to ensure seamless client handoff.
Represent the company as a trusted advisor, focused on ROI and business outcomes.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
3–7 years of experience in consultative B2B sales (consulting, SaaS, IT services, or professional services).
Strong track record of closing mid-to-high value deals in a consultative sales environment.
Experience selling directly to C-level executives, founders, or business owners.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Competitive base salary: $6K–$8K/month.
Attractive commission structure with OTE $120K–$160K/year.
