Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Account Executive, Digital Solutions to join our North America Digital Sales team.

In this highly strategic role, you will have the opportunity to guide established lower-enterprise clients through their digital transformation journeys by unlocking the hidden value in their data. Rather than simply selling products, you’ll partner with organizations to understand their unique workflows and design comprehensive software solutions that build what's next. Here, your expertise in solution selling will directly shape the future of information management for your dedicated portfolio of accounts.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Drive Pipeline Growth: Hunt for new digital business opportunities and build a robust pipeline within a dedicated portfolio of roughly 24 existing, unpenetrated accounts.

  • Solution Selling: Conduct in-depth discovery and whiteboard sessions to deeply understand customer workflows and architect tailored digital transformation solutions.

  • Lead End-to-End Deal Management: Own the complete sales cycle for complex software opportunities, from initial qualification and proposal development through to final closure.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner seamlessly with existing Records and Information Management (RIM) and Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) sellers to maximize account penetration and value.

  • Engage Face-to-Face: Travel up to 25% of the time to conduct impactful onsite client meetings and strategy sessions.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5-7 years of experience in solution-selling, business development, or executive-level sales in Enterprise technology selling digital solutions.

  • Strong knowledge of software sales, digital transformation, and customer workflow analysis.

  • Proven ability in proactive problem-solving, stakeholder management, and diagnosing complex business problems.

  • Demonstrated Enterprise Mindset with a focus on hunting for new business, driving results, and remaining resilient.

Reasonably expected salary range: $107,500.00 - $143,300.00 + commissions.

Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
