The main challenges you'll face are:
- Managing a high-volume portfolio of enterprise accounts while effectively prioritizing whitespace opportunities
- Driving cross-sell and upsell growth within IT and security organizations
- Navigating moderate-to-high complexity enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Aligning closely with Customer Success and Digital Sales to execute expansion-at-renewal plays
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and close expansion and cross-sell opportunities within assigned enterprise accounts
- Manage a high-volume enterprise portfolio, prioritizing based on adoption signals, account health, and whitespace analysis
- Build and maintain relationships with Manager and Director-level stakeholders to uncover commercial opportunities
- Partner with Customer Success to monitor adoption maturity and expansion readiness signals
- Collaborate with Digital Sales on renewal coordination, risk mitigation, and upsell-at-renewal execution
- Engage Solutions Engineering for technical validation, scoping, and proof-of-value initiatives
- Work with Product Marketing to align positioning, competitive differentiation, and expansion messaging
- Participate in go-to-market campaigns, territory engagement, and lead follow-up activities
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in CRM systems
Key Requirements:
Hard Skills:
- 3-5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with proven expansion and cross-sell success
- Strong track record selling into enterprise accounts with significant ACVs
- Experience selling into Nordic markets (Sweden, Denmark, Norway) is a strong plus
- Fluency in English and Nordic language (e.g., Swedish, Danish, Norwegian)
- Experience engaging Manager and Director-level stakeholders
- Expertise in account planning, whitespace mapping, and ARR growth strategies
- Experience selling into IT, cybersecurity, or technical operations environments
- Proven ability to manage a large, high-volume account portfolio
- Strong CRM discipline and forecasting accuracy

- Clear communicator with strong discovery and negotiation abilities
