Own enterprise sales for high-value AI software deals with major North American service companies. Responsibilities include sourcing and closing complex, multi-threaded opportunities, managing forecasts and quotas, navigating legal and technical reviews, developing executive relationships, building ROI cases, orchestrating deal teams, and expanding pilots into enterprise rollouts. The role is remote by default but requires travel for executive meetings, onsites, QBRs, and periodic headquarters visits.

Netic is the AI revenue engine for essential services who are the backbone of the American economy. With $43M in funding from Founders Fund, Greylock, Hanabi, and Dylan Field who led our Series B, we helped our customers book hundreds of thousands of jobs across services industries in North America. There are now companies operating entirely AI-first on Netic.

You’ll join our team with relentless builders from Scale, Databricks, HRT, Meta, MIT, Stanford, and Harvard in bringing frontier AI to the physical economy, where the problems are hard, the data is complex, and the impact is immediate and tangible.

What You’ll Do:

  • Hit aggressive revenue targets: Own quota and forecast accuracy for high six‑ and seven‑figure deals with the largest service companies in North America (national brands, PE-backed platforms, franchisors).

  • Run complex cycles: Lead sales cycles through legal, security, procurement and integration reviews, then drive pilots to enterprise-wide rollouts.

  • Multi-thread at the top: Map power structures and build relationships across the C-suite, operations, IT and finance that hold up through procurement delays and leadership changes.

  • Architect strategic accounts: Build account plans for target logos and work with PE sponsors and partners to open multi-brand opportunities.

  • Translate AI to ROI: Build business cases executives can take to their board, showing measurable uplift in revenue and booked jobs.

  • Orchestrate the deal team: Bring in founders, engineering and solutions resources at the right moments.

  • Close the feedback loop: Bring product and engineering the requirements that unblock larger contracts.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Enterprise sales pedigree: 6+ years selling technical software to enterprise buyers, with a record of sourcing and closing complex, multi-threaded deals.

  • AI / data fluency: Credible with CTOs on APIs, data and security, and equally credible with COOs on operations.

  • Self-directed operator: Remote by default, you build your own pipeline, manage your forecast and set your own rhythm without close oversight.

  • In‑person gravitas: Willing to travel for onsites, executive meetings, QBRs, and periodic time at HQ in SF.

  • Vertical intuition: Experience selling into operationally intense industries preferred, and especially valuable with PE-backed roll-ups
