ConnectWise is seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic partners within the Managed Service Provider (MSP), Technology Service Provider (TSP), and cybersecurity ecosystem. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, retaining recurring revenue, strengthening partner relationships, and identifying new opportunities to expand adoption of ConnectWise solutions.

The ideal candidate is a consultative sales professional with strong account management skills, proven success in quota attainment, and the ability to build trusted advisor relationships with partner organizations.

What You'll DoPartner Relationship Management
  • Manage a portfolio of 40–60 strategic partners, acting as their primary business advisor.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships to drive retention, growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and identify opportunities for expansion and value creation.
  • Proactively engage partners to understand business goals and align ConnectWise solutions to their needs.
Revenue Growth & Retention
  • Achieve annual sales growth and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) retention targets.
  • Drive both Sell-To and Sell-Through motions within assigned partner accounts.
  • Identify, qualify, and manage opportunities throughout the entire sales lifecycle.
  • Expand adoption of ConnectWise solutions through cross-sell and upsell strategies.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate forecasting cadence.
Sales Execution
  • Manage opportunities from prospecting through close.
  • Execute solution-based and value-driven sales methodologies.
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and implementation requirements.
  • Ensure opportunities meet company standards for margins, pricing, and contractual terms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Customer Success, Support, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to deliver exceptional partner experiences.
  • Advocate for partners internally and help ensure timely resolution of business needs.
  • Collaborate across departments to increase customer satisfaction and accelerate growth initiatives.
What Success Looks Like
  • Successfully managing 80+ partner accounts.
  • Achieving revenue growth and retention goals.
  • Consistently maintaining accurate sales forecasts and pipeline hygiene.
  • Generating an average annual contract value of approximately $35K per transaction.
  • Managing sales cycles averaging 45–60 days.
  • Building long-term strategic relationships that increase partner engagement and revenue.
Required Qualifications
  • Sales, account management, partner management, or business development experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue and retention targets.
  • Experience managing a book of business with multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation, forecasting, and pipeline management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Ability to manage complex projects independently with limited supervision.
  • Experience leveraging CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce and Outreach.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within the MSP, TSP, SaaS, cybersecurity, or IT services industries.
  • Knowledge of channel sales and partner-led go-to-market motions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
