What We’re Looking For

Breezeway is hiring an Account Executive (Expansion) to join our Sales team and have an immediate impact on our exponential growth. This role focuses on selling additional Breezeway products to existing customers, expanding product adoption and growing account revenue . The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be comfortable with sourcing and closing deals, and motivated to see the impact of their contributions. What You’ll Do

  • Connect with existing Breezeway clients to uncover challenges that could be solved by additional Breezeway products.
  • Schedule and conduct online product demonstrations and webinars.
  • Partner with Sales and Client Experience to determine a strategic sales approach, and identify and land key opportunities within our existing client base.
  • Strengthen client relationships with ongoing communication and new solutions.
  • Leverage HubSpot (our CRM) to manage all sales activities.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and determine how to best position Breezeway in the market.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills with the ability to sell and negotiate at all decision-making levels.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in a sourcing, account management, or closing software sales role.
  • Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding goals.
  • General technical proficiency with software.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM is a plus.
  • Experience working in a startup environment is a plus.
