We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic team.
Role Overview:
The primary responsibility of this position is to secure and close hard money loan clients by engaging with prospects, managing the loan process, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect Engagement:
- Initiate daily calls to inbound and outbound prospects to discuss project needs and potential loan deals.
- Required to make no less than 100 outbound calls per day
- Qualification and Compliance: Complete company-provided sizers for each prospect to ensure alignment with company guidelines
- Loan Process Management:
- Collaborate with assigned processors to oversee the client's deal from origination to closing
- Follow up with clients throughout the project to provide quality customer service and maintain future opportunities
- Client Relationship Building: Maintain active engagements with prospects through luncheons, presentations, meetings, and email marketing
Duties & Responsibilities
- Build strong client relationships to meet and exceed client needs and expectations
- Analyze clients' financial situations and provide appropriate solutions
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask and follow up effectively
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to call 100+ prospects daily
- Submitting 1-2 deals into processing per week
- Consistent follow ups with all inbound and outbound leads
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree (required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
- Proven track record of no less than $1M per month in Fix & Flip, Bridge, and Ground Up Construction loan volume (required)
- 1+ years experience in the hard money sector (required)
