🎯 We’re Hiring: Inside Sales Representative
📍 In-Person | Austin, TX | High-Performance Sales with Purpose

Hey, sales rockstar 👋

Are you a top performer with a passion for helping others reach their goals? Do you believe that sales is serving—and you’re ready to change lives while stacking commissions?

If you're the kind of person who thrives on performance, loves connecting with people in person, and wants to sell a product that genuinely makes a difference...

This is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

🔥 The Role: Inside Sales Representative

We’ve got an incredible SDR team and world-class marketing that books strategy sessions for you. Your job? Show up, serve, and close.

As a member of our inside sales team, you’ll meet with purpose-driven aspiring authors who’ve already raised their hand. You’ll guide them through our process, understand their goals, and offer a clear path to publishing success.

In addition to virtual and in-person sales conversations, this role also includes representing selfpublishing.com at live events. You’ll travel to 2–4 events per month to connect with attendees, pitch our company mission and services from stage, and help inspire the next wave of authors to share their stories.

If you love speaking in front of large audiences and thrive in high-energy environments, you’ll fit right in. (Brownie points if you’ve spoken at live events before!)

Your income is uncapped. Your impact? Even bigger.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

  • Close high-volume, low-ticket sales (mostly one-call closes)
  • Conduct in-depth, hour-long strategy sessions with qualified leads
  • Represent SelfPublishing.com at live events, sharing our mission and enrolling new authors
  • Identify prospects’ goals, obstacles, and how we can help
  • Recommend the right SelfPublishing.com program based on their needs
  • Track results using our CRM and proven sales systems
  • Collaborate with a hungry, mission-driven team

🚀 This Role Is For You If...
✅ You’re a proven top performer with a strong sales track record
✅ You’re driven, self-motivated, and thrive in fast-paced environments
✅ You enjoy traveling and meeting new people
✅ You’re comfortable speaking in front of large audiences
✅ You believe in the power of books and transformation
✅ You love helping people get unstuck and step into their potential
✅ You live within 30 minutes of Westlake, Austin

(Please note: travel is required for this position—roughly 2–4 events per month. If travel or public speaking isn’t something you enjoy, this likely isn’t the right fit.)

📈 Requirements

Required:

  • 3+ years of top-performing sales experience
  • $250K+ in total sales (lifetime)
  • Strong CRM + sales process proficiency
  • Willingness to travel and speak at events

Preferred:

  • 5+ years of high-performance sales experience
  • $1M+ in total lifetime sales
  • Experience with high-volume, low-ticket sales ($5K or less, short sales cycles)
  • Prior experience speaking or presenting at live events

💥 What You’ll Get

  • Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
  • Current reps earn $150K–$325K annually
  • World-class training and personal development
  • Travel opportunities to represent a purpose-driven brand
  • The chance to transform lives through your work
  • A growing company, a clear mission, and a team that truly cares

This is NOT the job for you if you’re looking to coast, dread talking to people, or have zero interest in growing as a person.

But if you’re ready to build your future, elevate your income, and be part of something bigger—we’d love to meet you.

📩 Apply now. Change your career. Change your future.
