About Flai

AI has transformed B2B SaaS, but has struggled to penetrate the real-world industries that shape our lives. Flai is building the leading AI-native communications platform for car dealerships.
A $1.3 trillion industry, auto dealerships sell 96% of the 16 million new cars sold each year. Yet they universally run on outdated systems and manual processes, which is why dealerships spend $36B each year on operations. That's our opportunity.
We launched our first voice AI product a year ago. Since then, we have deployed multiple products across hundreds of dealerships across the U.S. We've partnered with the 2nd largest automaker in the country and many of the leading dealership groups. We've raised funding from leading VCs including First Round Capital, Toyota Ventures, Y Combinator, Innovation Endeavors, SV Angel, and Liquid 2.
We've grown insanely quickly with a small, scrappy team and continue to move at that pace.

The Opportunity

You'll own the full sales cycle for new dealership customers, from first conversation to signed deal, mostly over phone, email, and video.
Our buyers are dealership and dealer group leaders who run demanding businesses and care about real results. The reps who win here know how a dealership runs, speak the dealer's language, and show value from the very first conversation.
We're looking for a closer who can build on our momentum and turn it into consistent new business.

Who You Are

  • You're a Closer: You hit your number and you love the win.

  • You Know Dealerships: How stores run, who makes the call, and what keeps a GM up at night.

  • You Sell Outcomes: You lead with results, not features.

  • You're Disciplined: Clean pipeline, relentless follow-up, accurate CRM.

  • You Think Like a Founder: You want to help write the playbook, not just run it.

  • You're Competitive: You want your name at the top of the board.

  • You're AI-Curious: You're excited to sell a product that's changing how an entire industry works.

What You'll Do

  • Own the deal: Take new dealership opportunities from prospecting and discovery through demo, negotiation, and close.

  • Turn meetings into revenue: Convert booked meetings into real pipeline and closed business.

  • Make the value obvious: Run demos that show dealers exactly what Flai will do for their store, backed by real results.

  • Build your own pipeline: Prospect on top of the meetings booked for you so your calendar stays full.

  • Hand off clean: Partner with onboarding so every new customer sees value fast.

  • Share what you learn: Bring customer feedback and industry insights back to the team to help shape what we build and how we sell.

Requirements

  • Closing experience as an AE with a track record of hitting or beating quota

  • Experience selling to car dealerships or within automotive

  • Experience running a remote sales cycle over phone and video

Nice to Have

  • Experience at a dealer-tech or automotive SaaS company

  • Experience selling AI or communications software

  • President's Club or similar top-performer recognition

What We Offer

  • Competitive OTE and meaningful equity

  • Medical, dental, and vision

  • Flexible PTO

  • Fully remote

  • A small, high-caliber team where your work has real impact from day one
