RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role pro-actively reaches out to the market to pursue and create partnerships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs) and independent agents to build a referral partnership with them.

  • Build a pipeline, recruit, and develop new ISO partners

  • Develop comprehensive and competitive proposals

  • Successfully lead negotiations and contract terms

  • Manage ISO inquiries generated by company advertising campaigns, media events, and attendance at industry conferences

  • Deliver timely and informative presentations relating to your sales funnel and the movement of opportunities within

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: (Required)

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field AND 3 years in a sales driven position; OR HS/GED AND 7 years relevant experience

  • Ability to source and prospect leads and work them through the sales process

  • Ability to manage and motivate signed ISO's into productive partners

  • Must be 18 years of age or older


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Desired but not required)

  • Background in the Payment Processing Industry

  • Experience selling to ISO channel partners

  • Salesforce or other CRM experience

  • Ability to travel on average once a month

  • Assertive, innovative, and creative approach to sales

  • Self-motivated
