Position Overview


We are looking for Account Executives based in the USA.

The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales and skills related to strategic analysis and marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, developing relationships with new clients, negotiating contracts, and closing deals, apart from working very closely with Salesforce’s sales teams. Mandatory experience in solution-based selling to State, Local and Federal Agencies, preferably in Salesforce. You will formulate a business development and sales plan in collaboration with the CEO and senior management team at Cloud SynApps.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients in the target market and research on the prospective client's business needs
  • Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
  • Partner with pre-sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
  • Develop relationships and work closely with Salesforce’s sales team members and sales leadership to generate more business
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed
  • Become a subject matter expert on our services, delivery and processes, and remain up to date on industry trends and projections.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in solution-based selling to State, Local, and Federal government agencies, mandatory in Salesforce
  • Experience in selling to public sector and government departments, including analyzing tender notices and RFPs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good understanding of the public sector and government business, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job.
  • Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose the best solutions for clients, keeping in mind CSA's offerings.
