About Us

ClaimSorted helps insurers outsource claims end to end – a service called Third-Party Administration (TPA), a ~$200B industry. We combine a strong in-house claims team with our AI-enabled platform to deliver up to 3× faster claims, better service, and better economics for insurers.

Backed by Y Combinator, Atomico, and Eurazeo, we’ve raised $16M+ and already manage claims for 50+ partners with nearly 100M claims payout, including more than five publicly traded companies. Our goal: scale to $1B and become the most valuable TPA in the market.

The Role

You will build our Sales organisation from the ground up – defining the foundations of an elite GTM engine, winning new customer logos, growing existing accounts, and ensuring seamless handovers post-go-live. As we scale, you will hire and lead a world-class full-cycle Sales team, working directly with the CEO.

  • Build the GTM engine: design and implement the infrastructure needed for scalable, repeatable execution

  • Drive high-stakes deals: own conversations with some of the largest insurance companies in the world

  • Unlock growth: experiment across channels, test new approaches, and identify untapped opportunities

  • Run sharp, data-driven sales cycles: lead with insight, drive urgency, and maintain a clear vision from first touch to close

  • Shape the product: work closely with Claims and Product to ensure our solutions stay ahead of the market

We’re a high-intensity team and often put in significant time and effort, with some people working on weekends, because we believe great outcomes come from doing the work well.

Qualifications

We care more about hunger and grit than years on a CV. You might be a management consultant who’s seen insurance pain points firsthand, or a top-performing full-cycle sales rep ready for something bigger.

  • 3+ years selling to insurers/MGAs or selling in insurance/InsurTech (required )

  • Work authorisation in the US without need of sponsorship

  • Full-cycle AE experience: you own prospecting to close

  • Strong discovery and qualification (MEDDICC, BANT, or similar)

  • High tempo, focus, and resilience

  • Knowledge of the insurance industry or TPA operations (a plus)

Our Values
  • Move Fast – Act decisively, iterate quickly, optimise for momentum.

  • Always Overdeliver – We exceed expectations in everything we do.

  • Think Customer-First, Always – The customer experience drives every decision.

  • Challenge the Status Quo – We innovate relentlessly and never settle for ‘good enough.’

  • Say It How It Is – Transparency and direct communication build trust.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive salary beyond the industry standard

  • Quarterly performance bonus: up to 15% of quarterly salary

  • Equity participation: stock options as an early-stage team member

  • Medical, dental and vision insurance for you and your dependents

  • 401(k) with 4% company match

  • 20 Days annual PTO

  • Accelerated promotion track in a high-growth environment
