Do you want the challenge — and the reward — of building your own book of business?

At Keycafe, we’re looking for an Account Executive who thrives on creating new opportunities, closing deals, and owning an entire territory or industry segment. This isn’t account management or order processing — it’s a chance to be entrepreneurial inside a growing SaaS/IoT company and essentially build a business line of your own.

What You’ll Do

  • Own a market — you will be focused on a specific industry based on your prior experience, and you’ll be responsible for growing it as if it were your own business.
  • Run high-impact demos that clearly show prospects how our SmartBox product solves their operational challenges.
  • Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, demos, negotiation, and close.
  • Experiment and adapt — try new outreach methods, refine your pitch, and find creative ways to break through.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth handoffs and long-term customer success.

Why Join Keycafe

  • Entrepreneurial ownership: AEs at Keycafe own entire industries or countries, giving you the chance to build your own business line inside the company.
  • Global impact: Our SmartBox is trusted by customers worldwide, from small businesses to large organizations.
  • Startup culture with reach: Be part of a fast-growing SaaS/IoT company where your ideas matter and your success is highly visible.

  • Passionate about learning products and showing customers how they can transform operations.
  • Startup-minded — flexible, collaborative, and willing to contribute beyond your immediate role.

Nice to Have

  • Sales experience in industries like hospitality, property management, fleet/logistics, facilities/security, or government services.
  • Background in IoT, access control, or hardware-enabled SaaS.
  • Sales experience in first responder or energy sectors.
