Sell Azul’s enterprise software products to new and existing clients across the Nordics. Responsibilities include prospecting, developing a 3X quota pipeline, cultivating client relationships, closing monthly and quarterly business, and winning competitive deals with Sales Engineer support. The role requires extensive new-business software sales experience, channel-partner experience, consultative selling, deal qualification, multilevel selling, and strong communication and presentation skills.

This is an individual-contributor, quota-carrying role.
What You’ll Do (aka Responsibilities)
- Cultivate relationships and engage with new and existing clients to sell our Enterprise Products: Azul Platform Core and Azul Platform Prime
- Prospect and work closely with Lead Development Reps to foster new opportunities
- Build a 3X quota pipeline
- Consistently close business on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Win competitive deals working closely with our Sales Engineer
What You’ll Bring (aka Experience, Skills Education)
- Experience and Education
- 10+ years proven experience in new business sales
- Sales experience in Cloud, Security, Java, DevOps, Java frameworks, APM, Systems Monitoring, OSS
- Demonstrated success across different product categories and industry verticals
- Small to medium sized companies, preferred
- Experience working with Channel Partners
- Undergraduate degree, or equivalent experience
- Skills and Competencies
- Exceptional communicator, influencer and presenter
- Demonstrated ability with Multi-Level selling
- Proficient in deal qualification methodologies
- Progressive and proactive use of industry sales tools and system
