The Opportunity

MedMe powers more than 70% of Canada's national pharmacy chains and roughly 40% of all community pharmacies. We are now building that same presence in the US, with pharmacies live in 15 states and expanding rapidly.

Much of that growth runs through partnerships with state pharmacy associations and buying groups, which give us a direct channel to their members. You'll be selling into pharmacies that already have a reason to talk to us, across our core platform, billing, and AI products.

This is a high-volume sales role with fast cycles. Most of the selling happens remotely, over calls and demos, though you should be willing to get in front of pharmacy owners in person when that's what it takes to close.

You'll also be the voice of the customer inside the business. As you spend time with pharmacists, you'll bring their feedback back to our product team to help us continuously enhance our products.

About MedMe Health

At MedMe, we are passionate about empowering pharmacists to provide services beyond just prescribing. Our mission is to build an all-in-one cloud-based platform that enables pharmacists to schedule, document, and manage clinical services at scale. With over 4,500 pharmacies using our software, we've facilitated more than 25 million patient services, transforming pharmacies into community health hubs across North America.

What You'll Do
  • Sell MedMe's core platform, billing, and AI products into independent and small-chain pharmacies across the US

  • Work closely with our partners, running the deals that come through partner channels

  • Run expansion sales into pharmacies already live on MedMe, growing adoption across our products

  • Manage a high volume of concurrent deals and keep them moving

  • Build direct relationships with pharmacy owners and operators

  • Bring the voice of the customer back to our product and AI teams, feeding real pharmacist input into what we build and improve next

  • Hit and exceed a defined new-logo quota

About You
  • 2+ years of closing experience in SaaS, ideally in a high-velocity, lower-ACV motion (SMB or transactional segment)

  • A track record of hitting quota in a structured, process-driven sales environment

  • Nice to have: healthcare, pharmacy, or health-tech sales experience; CRM discipline (clean pipeline hygiene, accurate forecasting)

Success in This Role Looks Like
  • 30 days: Fully ramped on product, pricing, and process; first deals in active pipeline

  • 60 days: Consistent pipeline coverage against quota; first closed deals

  • 90 days: Hitting quota independently, with a pipeline healthy enough to make the next quarter predictable

  • Long-term: A reliable closer who makes this funnel a dependable, repeatable source of revenue
