📝 About the Role

As an Account Executive on our B2B Sales team, you'll drive new business acquisition and growth. You'll leverage your relationships and passion for SaaS to sell our products to mid-market property management companies (50-3000 doors) within your assigned territory. Comfort in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment is essential, as you'll articulate our value proposition to Brokers, Owner-Operators, and Property Managers.

This is a fully remote position, though we'll prioritize candidates located in or around our current open territories: Utah.

⭐ What You’ll Do

  • Sales & Business Development

    • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to exceed regional sales quotas.

    • Drive new client acquisition by strategically prospecting and sourcing mid-market Property Management Companies.

    • Efficiently manage and close inbound sales leads and self-sourced opportunities, aiming to close 50-75% of qualified leads.

    • Actively manage and forecast your client pipeline to ensure consistent performance.

  • Product & Market Expertise

    • Serve as a product expert, clearly articulating the Second Nature value proposition to Brokers, Owner-Operators, and Property Management decision-makers.

    • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and market alignment.

  • Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers on client accounts.

    • Network effectively with other vendors and property managers to expand your reach and identify new opportunities.

  • Proactive & Action-Oriented Approach

    • Take initiative to drive tasks forward, setting clear goals, prioritizing actions, and operating with a sense of urgency.

    • Continuously seek feedback and learning opportunities to enhance your sales performance.

🚗 Travel Requirements

  • Be available and open to monthly or bi-monthly travel for trade shows, client visits, and strategic events.

  • Attend industry conferences and organize client dinners or events to foster relationships and generate new business.

📝 Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record as an established high-performer in sales, consistently exceeding targets.

  • 2-3 years of tech sales experience

  • Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to close deals, generate prospects, and build long-term client rapport.

  • A consultative selling approach, adept at asking insightful questions and identifying prospect buying motives.

  • Flexible and adaptable, eager to tackle new challenges and master new products.

  • Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and Google Workspace.

  • Exceptional organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to maintain a laser focus on priorities.

  • Demonstrated persistence and tenacity in pursuing and winning opportunities.

  • Embodies a friendly, competitive spirit and a strong desire to succeed.
