Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our high-performing sales team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in B2B SaaS sales, a deep understanding of business intelligence platforms, and a proven track record in enterprise-level sales. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with mid-market and enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound efforts, networking, and inbound leads.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including discovery, product demonstrations, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Yellowfin’s BI solutions and articulate their value to stakeholders across various industries.
- Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in business intelligence, analytics, or data platforms.
- Demonstrated success in enterprise sales, including managing complex sales cycles and engaging C-level executives.
- Strong understanding of the BI and analytics landscape, including market trends, competitive positioning, and customer pain points.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms.
- Experience selling to industries such as finance, healthcare, retail, or manufacturing.
- Technical aptitude or familiarity with data visualization, reporting tools, and cloud platforms.
