Full-cycle Account Executive responsible for prospecting, qualifying, demoing, and closing small home-services businesses. Use solution-based selling, maintain pipeline and KPIs, create proposals and collateral, and use sales tools to drive deals.
FieldPulse is a fun, dedicated, and growing team that is building modern applications for small home service businesses (plumbers, electricians, HVAC, specialty contractors, etc.) to help organize and run their business operations.
In this role you'll be at the forefront of the sales process, making a huge and direct contribution to our success. You'll find leads, reach out to learn more about their business, qualify for new opportunities, set up demos and training, and qualify top prospects. We're seeking someone who can engage with prospects and customers, understand their business, and stay organized.
What You'll Do:
- Full Cycle AE - Own, manage, and drive the entire sales process from the first contact through the close
- Cold Calling, Demo, and Close
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Execute Software Demonstrations to potential prospects, partners, and new business
- Use Solution Based sales approach to understand the needs & pains of prospects
- Work closely with Sales leadership & Enablement to create collateral and proposals to win new business
- Maintain Pipeline & stay up to date on KPIs
- Work with Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Zoom Info, and other sales-based technology to create propensity with deals

- Strong interpersonal skills and friendly professional demeanor on the phone
- A tenacious work ethic with the desire to be a top performer (hunter)
- A willingness to perform Outbound in addition to Inbound Sales
- The ability to close business and create urgency with prospects while maintaining rapport and keeping the potential clients best interests in mind
- Industry knowledge is a plus
