About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Account Executive (AE) to join our team 3 days per week at our office and 2 days remotely. As an AE at Userpilot, you’ll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by managing a high volume of inbound leads while also preparing for a future where revenue will be split 50/50 between inbound and outbound efforts. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company at the forefront of product engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Inbound Leads: Effectively handle a steady stream of inbound leads, guiding them through the sales process and converting them into satisfied customers.
  • Drive Revenue: Hit and exceed sales targets by selling Userpilot’s software solutions to prospective customers.
  • Build Relationships: Establish strong connections with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and aligning them with our solutions.
  • Conduct Demos: Deliver compelling product demonstrations that highlight the value of Userpilot’s offerings.
  • Collaborate Internally: Work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
  • CRM Management: Keep your sales pipeline organized and up-to-date in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 3 years as an AE in a closing role, preferably in SaaS or software sales.
  • Proven Success: A history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Inbound Expertise: Experience managing inbound sales processes with the ability to transition into a balanced inbound/outbound role.
  • Sales Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of the software sales cycle and the ability to manage complex deals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Organized: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM software like Salesforce or HubSpot.
