At UpEquity, we know that the key to growth is in a high-performing sales team. We are seeking Account Executives who can pitch our products to clients and help them achieve home ownership. 

The ideal Account Executive has a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and managing a pipeline of real estate agents and homebuyers. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills and have the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

As an Account Executive, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Educate realtors and buyers on the value of UpEquity and its products.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with existing partnerships.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of agents and homebuyers, ensuring top service
  • Review and present offers to listing agents on homes currently on the MLS
  • Document and follow-up on all activities within the CRM database.
  • Accountable for converting leads and bringing clients onboard.
  • You strive to close deals and have a tenacious and thorough follow-up.
  • Cold calling required for this role.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of Sales experience, preferably in SaaS, Proptech, or Fintech industries. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Background in real estate or mortgage is preferred
  • A passion for continual learning with a desire and willingness to be coached
  • Self-starter with a “get-it-done” mentality
  • Ability to multitask and effectively manage time
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate a high work ethic
  • Possesses confidence, persistence, and relationship-building skills
