About the Role

Techno Brain is seeking a driven Account Executive who can independently build, manage, and grow client relationships in the IT outsourcing space. This role requires someone who combines a hunter’s instinct with an account manager’s ability to nurture relationships and close deals.

As an Account Executive, you will take ownership of the entire sales cycle—from prospecting new accounts to driving long-term growth within existing ones. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, accountability, and building client partnerships that last.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full-Cycle Sales Ownership: Manage the entire sales process—prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing new IT outsourcing deals.
  • Account Management & Growth: Develop, maintain, and expand trusted relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, VPs of IT) in enterprise and mid-market accounts.
  • Revenue Delivery: Achieve and exceed annual revenue targets by creating and converting a high-quality pipeline of IT outsourcing opportunities.
  • Solution Selling: Collaborate with solution teams to develop tailored proposals, RFP responses, and presentations that address client-specific challenges.
  • Strategic Market Engagement: Focus on high-value geographies (Seattle, Los Angeles, Austin, New York) while also expanding into new enterprise markets.
  • Technology Conversations: Leverage knowledge of Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, Data Engineering, and other IT trends to consult with clients and position Techno Brain’s offerings effectively.
  • Pipeline & Forecast Management: Own your sales pipeline in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday.com) with accurate updates and forecasting.
  • Client Advocacy: Represent Techno Brain at industry events, webinars, and client meetings to strengthen brand visibility.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B IT services sales (outsourcing, managed services, ERP/software implementations, or BPO).
  • Proven ability to build and manage a pipeline of $500K–$1M+ in annual revenue.
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills with a track record of closing deals.
  • Passion for technology and ability to translate client challenges into tailored IT outsourcing solutions.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and enterprise-level sales cycles.
