About the Company

Everbright Health is an AI-enabled services platform that helps mental health providers deliver advanced interventions as part of everyday care. We embed complete clinical programs — including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and SPRAVATO® — directly into existing mental health practices, providing all the infrastructure, technology, and operations needed to launch and scale these programs successfully. Millions of people with treatment-resistant mental illness aren't getting better with standard medications and talk therapy alone. These advanced, FDA-approved treatments are up to twice as effective as standard care and broadly covered by insurance — yet over 90% of eligible patients haven't received them, largely because most providers lack the specialized capabilities to offer them. Everbright changes that. Founded in 2025 and backed by $7M in Seed funding, we're a fast-growing, high-impact team expanding rapidly across the U.S.

About the Role

We're hiring our first Account Executive to own the front and middle of Everbright's sales funnel — generating pipeline through disciplined, high-volume outbound; running initial meetings with practice owners and clinical leaders; and managing prospect relationships and momentum through the middle of the pipeline. You'll also own the commercial team's internal sales operations: the CRM, the sales tech stack, and pipeline reporting. Complex negotiation and deal economics remain with the Head of Commercial — your job is to make sure the funnel above and around those deals never stops moving.

You'll report directly to the Head of Commercial and work as the second member of the commercial team, with real visibility into every deal we do. You'll be starting with strong raw material — a defined target market of roughly 2,500 behavioral health practices, a working tech stack, and an active late-stage pipeline — and a lot of room to make the outbound motion your own. This role is built for someone two to four years into their sales career who wants a fast, well-defined path to an independent closing quota at a growing company. It is a remote-first, full-time position with approximately 10-20% travel for prospect and partner site visits and industry conferences.

Responsibilities

In the first 30–60 days, you'll be expected to:

  • Take end-to-end ownership of the CRM and weekly pipeline reporting — data quality, stage discipline, and record hygiene across every account and deal

  • Ramp the outbound motion from a warm-lead backlog to full volume and start running discovery meetings solo

  • Take over day-to-day follow-up cadence on active deals — we're looking for someone who can learn the market and start moving pipeline at the same time

Ongoing, you'll own:

Outbound Selling
  • Execute a structured outbound motion against a defined target account list

  • Run initial discovery meetings and qualify prospects based on a variety of factors

  • Build, enrich, and prioritize target lists using market data tools covering patient volume, payer mix, and reimbursement

  • Analyze outbound performance weekly (connect rates, meeting rates, sequence performance) and iterate on targeting and messaging in partnership with the Head of Commercial

  • Support account-based marketing campaigns

  • Represent Everbright at industry conferences to generate and advance pipeline

Meetings & Mid-Pipeline Management
  • Own the middle of the pipeline: serve as the day-to-day point of contact for active prospects, keeping deals warm and moving between executive-level meetings

  • Manage all prospect follow-ups and information requests

  • Prepare meeting agendas and briefing notes ahead of key meetings; distribute recaps and next-step summaries afterward

  • Advance qualified prospects through defined pipeline stages and coordinate clean handoffs to the Head of Commercial for negotiation and close

  • Travel to prospect and partner sites as appropriate for meetings and relationship-building visits

  • Collaborate internally with key stakeholders to obtain information necessary to move deals forward

Sales Operations
  • Own the CRM end to end: data quality, pipeline stage discipline, and record hygiene

  • Administer the sales tech stack (HubSpot, SmartLead, data tools): sequences, list loads, deduplication, and integrations

  • Produce weekly pipeline summaries and contribute inputs to board reporting

  • Maintain sales collateral in usable order and coordinate updates to one-pagers and presentation materials

  • Coordinate signature-to-launch handoffs with appropriate teams internally

  • Gather competitive and market intelligence; coordinate references and testimonials from existing partners

Preferred Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of B2B sales experience including meaningful outbound prospecting; at least one year beyond a pure SDR role preferred

  • Healthcare services, health-tech, or medical device sales background strongly preferred; behavioral health familiarity a plus

  • Proven comfort with high-volume outbound and the resilience it demands

  • Strong organizational discipline and follow-through

  • Hands-on fluency with CRM and sales tooling (HubSpot or similar, sequencing tools); comfortable owning systems, not just using them

  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication

  • Organized, self-directed, and high-agency; effective without playbooks, enablement teams, or layers of management

  • Fluent in AI tools and how to apply them practically

  • Willingness to travel 10-20%

Why Join?
  • Work that matters: helping people with serious mental illness access treatments that can change their lives

  • Second seat on the commercial team, with direct visibility into every deal and to company leadership

  • A clear, defined path to an independent closing quota and a senior Account Executive role within 12–18 months

  • Competitive base salary with uncapped variable upside

  • Remote-first, flexible work environment
