We're looking for an Account Executive who thrives in an early-stage environment and wants to grow into a full enterprise seller. You'll own deals end to end, learn a market that's still being defined, and have a direct hand in building the playbook rather than inheriting one.
ResponsibilitiesSource, qualify, and close opportunities.
Manage complex sales cycles involving executives, operations, LP, and IT.
Build relationships with strategic partners and integrators.
Travel regularly to conferences, customer meetings, and pilots.
Maintain exceptional CRM hygiene and follow-up discipline.
Coordinate with product, implementation, and customer success teams.
Represent Panoptyc professionally in executive meetings.
3+ years selling B2B software.
Track record of consistently hitting quota.
Experience creating pipeline rather than relying solely on inbound leads.
Outstanding organization and follow-up.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Comfortable with ambiguity and startup environments.
Willing to travel frequently.
Exposure to retail, loss prevention, physical security, or video analytics.
Experience selling into multi-stakeholder deals with a technical component.
Familiarity with a structured sales methodology such as MEDDIC or Sandler.
