ABOUT ORCHESTRY

At Orchestry, we help organizations simplify, govern, and automate their Microsoft 365 environment. Our platform delivers the most complete governance, lifecycle, and workspace automation experience for Microsoft 365, empowering IT and business users to work confidently, securely, and efficiently.

We're a fast-growing SaaS company headquartered in Vancouver, BC, with a globally distributed team passionate about enabling smarter collaboration at scale. We are proud members of the exclusive Microsoft for Startups Pegasus Program.

As AI reshapes how organizations work, governance and readiness aren't optional, they're mission critical. Orchestry sits at the center of that shift, giving IT teams the control and confidence to govern their Microsoft 365 environment as AI adoption accelerates. If you want to be in the space that matters right now, this is it.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We're not looking for someone to show up and coast. We want a hunter: someone who thrives in the chase, loves the close, and gets fired up by building something real.

This is your shot to join a record-breaking revenue team at a category-defining SaaS company inside the Microsoft ecosystem. We've got the product-market fit, the inbound engine, the pipe-gen resources, and the brand momentum. What we need is someone with the grit, hustle, and skill to turn that fuel into revenue.

You will own the full sales cycle, from the first conversation to the signed contract, selling to organizations of all sizes across Central and Western North America, spanning a wide range of verticals.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own the full sales cycle from first touch to closed-won: no handing off, no excuses.

  • Drive new business revenue through a healthy mix of inbound and self-sourced outbound pipeline.

  • Prospect aggressively and build your own pipe, don't just wait for leads to land in your lap.

  • Deliver compelling product demos and value-based presentations laser-focused on ROI and business outcomes.

  • Collaborate with marketing, pipe-gen resources, and product teams to sharpen messaging, outbound campaigns, and persona-specific positioning.

  • Keep your pipeline clean, your forecast sharp, and your CRM (HubSpot) updated. Always.

  • Build and nurture relationships within the Microsoft ecosystem, leveraging co-sell opportunities and partner alignment to accelerate pipeline and expand Orchestry's footprint across Central and Western North America.

  • Partner with Customer Success and Product to ensure smooth onboarding and unlock expansion revenue.

  • Hit and exceed your monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Then set new ones.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience as a full-cycle AE, with ACVs of $25K–$75K+.

  • You've sourced your own pipeline. You know what it takes to build from scratch and you love it.

  • Proven quota crusher: 100%+ attainment is your baseline, not your ceiling.

  • Experience selling to IT, Information Security, or Digital Workplace personas.

  • Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Purview, Entra) is a serious plus.

  • Exceptional communicator and storyteller; you make complex technical concepts feel simple and compelling.

  • You thrive in fast-moving, scaling environments where the playbook is still being written.

  • Hunter mentality with sharp discovery, negotiation, and closing instincts.

  • Based in the US and able to work Pacific or Central time zone hours.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build: you're not just looking for a job, you want to own a territory, build something from the ground up, and look back in three years proud of what you created across the US.

WHY ORCHESTRY

  • Work that matters: Join a growing, remote-first SaaS company solving real problems for organizations navigating the complexity of Microsoft 365.

  • Real ownership: Own the full US sales cycle and build your territory from the ground up.

  • Flexibility with accountability: We’re a remote-first company, and we trust people to work in the way and environment that works best for them while staying connected, collaborating effectively, and remaining accountable for meaningful outcomes.

  • A smart, kind, no-ego team: People show up, work across departments, and care more about getting to the right answer than being the person who had it first.

  • Competitive base, uncapped commission, equity, and benefits.

If you're ready to stop talking about what you could do and start proving what you can. We want to hear from you.

Apply now and let’s build something great together.
