The Role: 

The Account Executive is responsible for generating & closing new business and upsell/renewal opportunities in North America via effectively communicating and demonstrating the value of the full suite of Lumistry product offerings. This is a hybrid role requiring three days in office, headquartered in our Austin, TX office.

Responsibilities:

  • Full sales cycle inside sales position - Identify, engage, demo, and close sales opportunities through outbound calls
  • Partner with Sales Development Reps to set meetings as well as coordinate additional follow-up activities as needed
  • Assess prospects’ needs and tailor outreach accordingly
  • Work a high-velocity deal cycle managing large volume pipeline
  • Consistently and accurately record all sales activities in Salesforce.com.
  • Work with onboarding and delivery teams to proactively address any obstacles with new customers.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas
  • Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace.
  • Candidate will need to have the ability/desire to work in the Austin Office on a hybrid schedule with three days in the office.

Qualifications:

  • Associates or bachelor’s degree and 2+ years’ sales experience, preferably in software.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and high-performance individual, with ability to learn and become productive extremely fast
  • Experience evaluating opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, sales, and retention within a book of business
  • Heath-tech experience a plus
  • Smart, Hungry, Humble, and curious
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
