At Delve, we’re building an AI-powered compliance platform that dramatically reduces the time it takes to achieve SOC2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, plus more compliance—from months down to days. Our mission is to help startups secure and scale faster without getting bogged down in regulatory complexities.
Why This Role Matters: As our Account Executive, you'll be a core part of our team, working directly with us. We met at MIT and dropped out to build Delve when we experienced the tedium and cost of getting our previous startup compliant.
We’re the fastest-growing compliance startup in history, backed by Insight Partners, General Catalyst, Y Combinator, and top-tier investors, we just raised our 32M Series A and are scaling quickly!
What You’ll Do

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Identify, engage, and close new customers.

  • Shape the Sales Process: Collaborate with the founders to design and implement a scalable sales process from scratch.

  • Be the Voice of the Customer: Act as a bridge between customers and the product team, providing insights to ensure the product solves real-world pain points.

  • Evangelize the Mission: Represent Delve at industry events, conferences, and in customer meetings, establishing yourself as an expert in the compliance and security space.

About You

  • Experience: You have a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, particularly in selling products with an ASP of $10k+.

  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: You’re excited about joining an early-stage startup and thrive in ambiguity. You want to roll up your sleeves, take initiative, and make a significant impact.

  • Customer-Focused: You excel at understanding customer needs, communicating value, and creating solutions that lead to long-term partnerships.

  • Results-Oriented: You measure success by the tangible results you deliver.

  • Team Player: You’re collaborative and excited to work closely with the founders, product team, and customers to build something great together.

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with articulating AI-driven applications.

  • Knowledge of security, compliance, or auditing.

Why Delve?

  • Impact: You’ll be an early sales hire at a YC startup, shaping the product and GTM process from the ground up.

  • Growth: The challenges you’ll solve here will set you up to grow. As we scale, so will your role and responsibilities.

  • Mission-Driven: Compliance should be faster, easier, and more accessible. You'll help companies achieve that in record time, contributing to their growth and success.

  • Traction: Our customers rely on our product for a critical part of their business, you’ll get to build alongside these other startups as we all grow together.
