Role: Enterprise Account Executive

Crogl is the knowledge engine for Security Operations and we are growing fast! We are currently looking for an Account Executive who thrives at building relationships, closing deals, and helping security teams transform their operations.
We are building our sales team and looking for experienced Account Executives to drive revenue growth in the enterprise security market. You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, working with security leaders to understand their challenges and demonstrate how Crogl can revolutionize their SOC operations. This is a critical role that will help position us for our next stage of growth.
What you'll doOwn and manage the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and close
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals
Develop deep relationships with security leaders including CISOs, SOC Directors, and security operations managers
Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer pain points, security workflows, and business requirements
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that articulate Crogl's value proposition
Partner with Field Engineering and Solutions teams to design and execute proof-of-concept engagements
Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, procurement processes, and technical evaluations
Accurately forecast sales activity and maintain detailed records in CRM systems
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to drive customer outcomes and gather market insights
Represent Crogl at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings
5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in Cybersecurity or Security Operations
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota in a B2B SaaS environment
Experience selling to security leaders and technical buyers with deal sizes ranging from $100K to $500K+ ACV
Strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, including SOC operations, threat detection, and security workflows
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage audiences from practitioners to C-level executives
Consultative selling approach with a focus on understanding customer needs and delivering value
Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with the ability to adapt quickly to change
Experience selling SIEM, XDR, SOAR, threat detection, or SOC automation platforms
Background working in early-stage startups or high-growth cybersecurity companies
Technical background in security operations or IT with hands-on experience in a SOC environment
Established network of relationships with security leaders and decision-makers
Experience with value-based selling methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, Solution Selling)
Track record of building pipeline through creative prospecting strategies and outbound efforts
Strong business acumen with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and buying processes
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
