We're seeking a dynamic Account Executive to spearhead our customer acquisition efforts through strategic LinkedIn, phone, and email outreach. This role sits at the intersection of technology and human connection - you'll leverage Attributilize's cutting-edge recruitment platform to transform how organizations build talent pipelines while crafting personalized narratives that resonate with HR professionals.

The Role:
You'll be the frontline ambassador for Attributilize's innovative recruitment solutions, engaging with HR leaders and talent acquisition professionals across industries. Your primary channels will be LinkedIn's professional network for social selling, direct phone conversations to build rapport, and email sequences that nurture prospects through our sales funnel. Success means understanding both the art of personalized connection and the science of recruitment workflows.

You'll leverage our ATS platform's unique capabilities - like unified candidate profiles visible across all teams and automated GDPR-compliant data management - to demonstrate tangible value propositions to prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft hyper-personalized LinkedIn connection requests using prospect research about their hiring challenges and organizational goals from recent content shares or industry achievements
  • Develop consultative phone scripts that address common ATS pain points while showcasing our platform's collaboration-enhancing features
  • Develop multi-touch email cadences that educate about recruitment workflow automation benefits
  • Conduct consultative discovery calls that map prospects' pain points to Attributilize's features
  • Maintain CRM hygiene through activity logging and pipeline stage updates

Qualifications We Value:

  • Demonstrated experience selling SaaS solutions in the HR tech space
  • Track record of B2B SaaS sales with proven LinkedIn Social Selling Index scores
  • Consultative selling approach with active listening skills
  • Ability to translate technical ATS features into business value for diverse audiences
