Own the full sales cycle for stablecoin-native business accounts: build outbound pipeline, run fast deal processes to funded accounts, deliver tailored demos, close mid-market to large accounts, and represent Altitude at global crypto events.

About Altitude

Stablecoins crossed $300 billion in circulation. Real businesses now use them for cross-border settlements, contractor payments, treasury operations.

The fintech playbook assumed rails were fixed - you couldn't change ACH or SWIFT, only build better interfaces on top. Stablecoins change the rails themselves, creating an opening for a new generation of financial products.

Altitude is what we're building to capture it. Business accounts on stablecoin rails: global accounts, cross-border payments, cards, invoicing, yield. Over 500 businesses use it today. Built by Squads (Squads Multisig secures $10B+ on Solana). Backed by Haun, Multicoin, Solana, Coinbase, Electric Capital, Placeholder and others.

More on the thesis here.

The Role

You're hungry, love creating value for customers, and believe the future of business banking will be built on stablecoins. You'll own the full sales cycle, from cold outreach to funded account.

You'll be an early member of Altitude's fast-growing sales team. You'll build your own pipeline, run your own deals, and close new logos across the crypto ecosystem. This isn't a role that depends on inbound. You generate, qualify, and convert, then hand off to customer success once the account is funded. You report directly to senior leadership.

Stablecoin-native business finance is a new category. There's no established sales playbook, no dominant competitor's motion to copy. You'll build the playbook and set the standards as we scale the team. The growth potential here, both for the business and your career, is massive.

What You'll OwnPipeline & Outbound
  • Drive high-volume outbound prospecting across email, social, calls, and warm intros to stablecoin-native companies

  • Build and maintain a consistently full pipeline. No empty calendars, no dry weeks.

  • Research and identify high-fit accounts across the stablecoin and broader crypto ecosystem and run targeted outbound sequences

  • Use product-led signals to prioritize and personalize outreach

  • Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene in your CRM: every deal tracked, every stage updated, every next step scheduled

Deal Execution
  • Run a fast, disciplined deal process: first meeting to funded account in 7-14 days

  • Lead discovery calls that uncover real pain points around treasury management, payments, and yield

  • Deliver compelling product demos tailored to each prospect's specific needs

  • Navigate conversations with founders, finance leads, and operations teams to get accounts funded quickly

  • Land a mix of account sizes, from mid-market to whales

Field Presence & Events
  • Be at every major crypto conference, side event, and industry gathering. This role lives in the field.

  • Represent Altitude with energy and charisma: you're a storyteller, not just a seller

  • Build real relationships at events that turn into pipeline and funded accounts, not badge scans

  • Host dinners, roundtables, and 1:1 meetings around events to maximize every trip

  • Meet customers and prospects where they are: Dubai, Denver, Lisbon, Singapore, wherever the ecosystem gathers

You Might Be Right For This If
  • You've sold into crypto before and your network shows it. Wallets, multisigs, onchain treasury, stablecoin rails: no glossary needed.

  • You're a pipeline machine. Activity volume isn't something you need to be coached on.

  • You light up a room at conferences and leave with 15 real conversations, not 50 badge scans

  • You can translate complex financial infrastructure into clear business value in a 30-minute call

  • You're AI-native and using it to supercharge the impact you can have as a seller, from scaling outbound, to building pipeline, and beyond

  • You're relentless but not reckless. You move fast and make decisions without needing approval loops.

  • You've worked at an early-stage company before and thrived building the motion, not waiting for one to appear

Requirements
  • 3+ years in crypto, with at least two of those in a closing or pipeline-building sales role. This is non-negotiable.

  • Deep existing network across crypto founders, operators, and finance teams

  • Ideal backgrounds: former VC associate in deal flow and ecosystem mapping, early sales hire at a crypto-native company, GTM or BD at a major L1/L2 or prominent crypto project, direct experience selling to stablecoin-native companies

  • Strong written and verbal communication. You can tell Altitude's story clearly and compellingly.

  • Comfortable with CRM tools and pipeline reporting

  • US-based, East Coast preferred (New York or Miami ideal). Willingness to travel up to 50% for conferences and in-person meetings.

Why This Might Be Interesting

Most AE roles are about running a known playbook against a known competitor set. This one isn't. You'd be selling a product in a category that's still being defined, to companies that are building the future of finance onchain. The product is global from day one: the same platform works in Singapore and Germany without rebuilding anything. Your comp isn't tied to complex revenue projections or trailing commissions. You close, the account funds, you get paid.

You'll work directly with senior leadership, shape the sales motion from the ground up, and have real ownership over how Altitude acquires customers. If you want a career-defining sales role where you're building the function, not inheriting it, this is the one.
