About the Role

This role will report to the VP of Sales and will be responsible for driving strategic U.S. market penetration, increasing market share, and delivering consistent sales success across key issuing financial services accounts.

The ideal candidate brings experience selling into the fintech, payments, and issuer-processor ecosystem, and is comfortable navigating complex financial institutions and fintech partners. This role will focus on expanding Quavo’s footprint across banks, credit unions, fintech platforms, and processor partners through a combination of strategic enterprise selling and proactive outbound pipeline generation.

This is a highly visible role requiring strong industry knowledge, consultative sales expertise, and the ability to build trusted relationships with decision makers across technology, operations, fraud, and risk teams.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to ensure Quavo’s solutions align with client technical and business requirements while building trusted, long-term relationships.
  • Embody the Quavo Proven Process by working collaboratively across a matrixed organization to provide clients with expertise throughout the sales journey.
  • Drive both inbound opportunity management and proactive outbound pipeline generation, identifying and developing new opportunities within issuing financial institutions, fintechs, and processor partners.
  • Leverage market trends, industry insights, and competitive analysis to manage strategic enterprise sales motions alongside transactional, high-volume opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a healthy outbound pipeline through targeted prospecting, strategic account development, and industry engagement.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, opportunity tracking, and pipeline management within Salesforce to support reliable reporting and marketing efforts.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging fintech technologies, competitors, and developments within fraud and dispute management solutions.
  • Provide input to strategic decisions impacting the sales organization and broader go-to-market strategy.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by executing disciplined sales strategies and targeted account engagement.
  • Represent Quavo at client meetings, industry events, and conferences to strengthen market presence and relationships.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions into small to large issuing financial services institutions, fintechs, or payments ecosystem partners.
  • Proven success managing complex sales cycles and navigating multiple stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate outbound pipeline and develop net-new opportunities in addition to managing inbound demand.
  • Strong negotiating, deal management, and closing skills.
  • Ability to drive results and accelerate deals while collaborating across internal teams.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on long-term client success and account growth.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Experience thriving in a startup or high-growth technology environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 50%+ for client meetings, conferences, and Quavo-hosted events.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong business and technical understanding of banking, payments, and fintech infrastructure.
  • Experience working with or selling into issuer processors, digital banking platforms, or payments technology providers.
  • Thorough understanding of fraud and dispute management within enterprise issuing financial institutions.
  • Experience with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Confluence, SharePoint, and Sales Navigator.
  • Bilingual Spanish and English.
