Our client is looking for a full-time Account Executive who thrives in fast-paced sales environments and is motivated by performance, growth, and results. They operate within a product-driven, e-commerce-oriented business and have shown strong momentum over the past few years by scaling their sales operations and refining high-conversion processes.

This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who already knows how to win deals, manage a pipeline with discipline, and consistently hit numbers. They value effort, coachability, and accountability just as much as results.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high-performance work ethic, working Monday through Saturday

  • Execute and follow their established and proven sales process consistently

  • Participate in daily coaching and training sessions to sharpen sales skills

  • Own and manage the full sales pipeline, including disciplined follow-up

  • Handle administrative tasks related to sales data and performance tracking

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team and contribute to a strong team culture



Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in transactional sales, ideally selling to SMBs

  • Strong ability to self-manage time, priorities, and daily workload

  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and implement new sales processes

  • Exceptional phone communication skills (non-negotiable)

  • Clear, confident, and professional communication skills in English

  • Comfortable using CRM systems and remote collaboration tools

Qualifications
  • Proven experience closing deals consistently

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales metrics

  • High level of personal accountability and ownership

  • Ability to perform in a results-driven environment
