At ProScore Technologies, we’re transforming how the nation’s largest energy, infrastructure, and construction projects manage workforce compliance. Our AI-powered platform helps developers, EPCs, contractors, and project owners navigate the complex requirements of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), Davis-Bacon Act, prevailing wage regulations, and apprenticeship programs with confidence and transparency. We’re growing fast and looking for a driven, consultative, and results-oriented Account Executive to help accelerate our expansion across the renewable energy, construction, infrastructure, and compliance markets.

If you’re passionate about building relationships, solving complex business challenges, and closing impactful deals, this is an opportunity to join a company at the forefront of one of the fastest-growing sectors in America.

What You’ll Do

As an Account Executive, you’ll play a critical role in driving revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle, from initial discovery through contract execution. You’ll work directly with decision-makers across some of the nation’s most significant energy and infrastructure projects, helping organizations modernize workforce compliance through technology.

Responsibilities

Own and manage the full sales cycle from qualified opportunity to closed business.

Conduct discovery calls to understand customer challenges, compliance requirements, and business objectives.

Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs.

Build relationships with executives, project leaders, compliance managers, HR teams, and operations stakeholders.

Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.

Partner closely with SDRs, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to create exceptional customer experiences.

Prepare proposals, pricing, business cases, and contract negotiations.

Accurately forecast pipeline activity and revenue opportunities.

Maintain detailed records and sales activity within CRM systems.

Stay informed on industry trends, workforce compliance regulations, clean energy incentives, and market developments.

Represent ProScore at industry conferences, trade shows, networking events, and customer meetings.

Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications

3-7 years of experience in B2B sales, Account Executive, Business Development, or consultative sales roles.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals.

Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.

Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to build trust and credibility with executive-level decision-makers.

Highly organized with strong pipeline management and forecasting abilities.

Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling SaaS, technology, compliance, construction technology, workforce management, or related solutions.

Familiarity with renewable energy, construction, infrastructure, labor compliance, or government incentive programs.

Experience selling into enterprise, mid-market, or project-based organizations.

Experience working within a high-growth startup environment.

Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar sales tools.

Why ProScore?
Make an Impact

Our platform helps some of the largest clean energy and infrastructure projects in the country stay compliant, protect critical tax incentives, and accelerate project success. You’ll join a team that believes compliance should be a competitive advantage, not a burden. We are helping transform a highly complex industry through technology, automation, and AI-driven insights.

Grow Your Career

This is an opportunity to join a rapidly scaling company where top performers can significantly impact company growth while advancing into senior sales, strategic accounts, leadership, or executive-level roles.

Work Alongside Great People

We move fast, collaborate openly, celebrate wins, and support each other’s growth. We value initiative, accountability, curiosity, and a willingness to challenge the status quo.

What Success Looks Like

In your first year, you’ll:

Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Develop a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and strategic accounts.

Become a trusted advisor to customers navigating workforce compliance challenges.

Build lasting relationships with key stakeholders across the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Contribute directly to ProScore’s growth and market expansion.

Position yourself as a leader within our growing sales organization.

If you’re excited by technology, motivated by growth, and ready to help shape the future of workforce compliance, we’d love to hear from you.

Join ProScore Technologies and help power the next generation of America’s energy and infrastructure projects.
