Job Description

Workhint is looking for an Account Executive to help turn interested prospects into customers.

In this role, you will lead product demos, understand customer needs, present how Workhint can support their workforce operations, and prepare clear proposals based on their use case. You will work closely with founders, operators, HR teams, staffing companies, and service businesses that need better systems to manage flexible work.

This is a customer-facing role for someone who can explain complex workflows in a simple way, ask strong discovery questions, and help prospects see how Workhint can fit into their operations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead discovery calls with potential customers

  • Present Workhint demos based on each customer’s use case

  • Understand customer workflows, team structure, onboarding needs, payment flows, and operational pain points

  • Prepare and send proposals after demos

  • Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline

  • Work with the product team to communicate customer needs and feedback

  • Help improve demo scripts, sales materials, and proposal templates

  • Support customers through the handoff from sales to onboarding

Ideal Candidate
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales, account executive roles, or customer-facing product roles

  • Strong presentation and communication skills

  • Able to understand operational workflows and explain software clearly

  • Comfortable speaking with founders, executives, operators, and HR leaders

  • Organized, responsive, and able to manage follow-ups

  • Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment

  • Bonus: experience with HR tech, staffing, workforce management, marketplaces, or service operations

What Success Looks Like

You help prospects clearly understand how Workhint can solve their operational challenges, move qualified opportunities through the sales process, and turn demos into signed customers.
