About the role:

After successfully scaling to millions in revenue through founder-led sales, Cascade is looking for a couple of Founding Account Executives for North America to continue the momentum. We are looking for hungry self-starters who are looking to make a leap in their career. This is an individual contributor role with a focus on managing and closing deals. You’ll own the entire sales cycle from engaging prospects to final signatures, while working closely with the CEO to scale revenues with middle-market lending companies and originators.


What You’ll Do

  • Drive revenue in North America by managing and closing opportunities from initial conversation to signed contract

  • Generate and manage a sales pipeline by using AI tools to automate outbound motions with targeted prospect lists

  • Conduct demos and understand customer needs to craft a proposal tailored to them

  • Manage pipeline in Hubspot to progress pipeline & accurately forecast revenue

  • Become a product expert across our entire platform and a private credit expert

What You Need

  • 2+ years of sourcing or closing SaaS sales experience

  • Proven ability to exceed targets in a closing-focused sales role

  • Skilled in independently generating opportunities through outbound efforts

  • Ability to engage senior-level decision-makers with a consultative approach

  • Highly adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment with evolving priorities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience launching a new territory or vertical

  • Fintech or financial services sales experience

  • Understanding of private credit or lending
