* Manage your pipeline and deals through a CRM
* Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets
Requirements
* 1–3+ years of Account Executive or inside sales experience
* Experience selling to inbound leads (not just cold outbound)
* Comfortable making high-volume dials and running live calls
* Confident selling services (recruiting, staffing, SaaS, or B2B preferred)
* Able to sell across different industries and buyer personas
* Organized, coachable, and competitive
