We are seeking a high-performing Account Executive to drive revenue growth by selling our industry-leading real estate software to brokerages outside the top 500. In this role, you will own the full sales cycle—prospecting, closing, and ensuring a strong first-year experience to maximize retention. Your focus will be on exceeding quota, selling high-quality, value-driven deals, and ensuring long-term customer success. 


WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    • Drive new customer acquisition by identifying and closing deals with brokerages below the enterprise tier. 

    • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract execution, ensuring a seamless customer transition. 

    • Sell solutions that deliver real value, positioning our platform as a must-have for brokerages. 

    • Manage pipeline effectively to consistently hit and exceed quota. 

    • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer retention. 

    • Develop deep expertise in our products, industry trends, and customer pain points. 

    • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.

WHAT YOU BRING: 

    • Proven track record of exceeding quota in SaaS or real estate technology sales. 

    • Ability to sell consultatively, uncovering needs and aligning solutions for long-term success. 

    • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on high-quality, high-retention deals. 

    • Experience selling to real estate brokerages or adjacent industries is a plus. 

    • Self-starter mentality with a drive to win and own your success.
