Your Impact:

This critical role is responsible for the creation of marketing materials such as proposals, marketing, and sales to new accounts within the Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging services segment. The role is remote with the ability to work across multiple time-zones as required. This role will play an important strategic role in the growth of the EVSE segment, targeting and promoting new accounts, leading the sales process through contract closure. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of high-quality marketing content creation and sales growth, strong personal and presentation skills, be charismatic, driven and have a proactive attitude to lead sales and marketing.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop communications strategies, plans and marketing material for our Electric Vehicle (EV) charging services segment.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and customer challenges for Pearce to engage with.
  • Coordinates with internal stakeholders to develop pricing, solutions and complete any quote documentation.
  • Oversee the development of RFP responses proposals, bids, quotations, or other documents describing organizational products and services in response to requests from customers.
  • Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects and maximizes business opportunities.
  • Develop and manage written account plans.
  • Participate in industry events.

Specific duties may vary or evolve over time based on business and client needs.

Core Experience

  • 5 years of successful sales and marketing management experience.
  • Have a demonstrated portfolio of communications work, including but not limited to social media communications, technical collateral, proposals, presentation decks, printed material.
  • Have proven ability to coach senior leadership in communication strategies and content delivery.
  • Strong skills in succinctly delivering company value propositions in customer communications.
  • Demonstrated success in a cross-functional and multi-division environment; effective interactions with diverse audiences of executives, mid-management, and subject matter experts to inspire understanding and agreement.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role, manage team members, lead assistant meetings, and supervises when needed.
