Manage and grow key customer accounts, develop strategic account plans, achieve sales targets, identify expansion and new-business opportunities, build customer relationships, provide tailored solutions, collaborate cross-functionally, negotiate contracts, and maintain customer satisfaction. The role requires experience in account management and greenfield sales, new-logo hunting, and selling building automation, security, fire and life safety, energy management, or connected-building solutions.

Responsibilities- Manage and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
- Minimum of 5 years of experience selling into greenfield patches
- 5 years' experience hunting, and finding, new accounts, new logo's
- 2 years' experience in sales account management.
- 2 years' experience selling any of the following any of any of the following:
- Fire & Life Safety systems
- Security and Access Control solutions
- Energy management and sustainability solutions
- Building automation and controls
- Connected building software and analytics
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
