Role Overview
Our team is a group of media and analytics professionals focused on delivering high‑quality work and strong client service. We look for motivated, collaborative people who bring curiosity, problem‑solving skills, and clear communication to their work.
We’re hiring an Account Manager to support platform clients in the CPG and OTC industries. In this role, you’ll work directly with well‑known brands, helping develop and deliver actionable media measurement and execution insights aligned to client strategy and research goals. The Account Manager team also represents the client voice within Circana, helping improve product quality and drive innovation in a fast‑moving environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Interact with junior to mid‑level advertising agency and media publisher clients across Circana’s NCS measurement solutions.
- Manage feasibility assessments and build measurement specification documents, coordinating requirements with internal teams.
- Execute, analyze, and perform quality checks using Circana’s NCS data to deliver accurate, actionable insights.
- Manage end‑to‑end workflows across targeting, optimization, measurement, and clean room processes, ensuring smooth and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with analytics and cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and maintain project quality.
- Edit and prepare client‑ready deliverables with strong attention to detail.
- Support ongoing client needs using clear communication, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
- Handle occasional audience sizing requests as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative or marketing field
- 1–2 years of experience in analytics, insights, media, or account management preferred
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
- Familiarity with the media advertising ecosystem preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage accuracy across high‑volume work
- Solid project‑management skills; able to juggle multiple workstreams and timelines
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor information to different stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
- Ability to coordinate across internal teams and keep end‑to‑end workflows on track

Location: This position can be located in the following area(s): New York City Metro Area or Chicago, IL preferred for occasional requested client visits.
The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000.
