Function's Imaging Team powers one of the most advanced cancer screening platforms in the world, offering AI-driven MRI scans across 13 organs at 180+ imaging facilities in 150+ cities across the US and abroad. Role:
As the Account Manager, Regional Partnerships on the Imaging Team, you will serve as the strategic and operational leader for your assigned region. You will own the success and operational health of our partner imaging centers, driving partner performance, cultivating deep relationships, and ensuring an exceptional experience for Function members throughout their screening journey. You will also provide critical support to the Head of Partnerships on strategic expansion efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
Regional Management and Partner Ownership
  • Own the success and operational excellence of your region, ensuring partners consistently deliver exceptional experiences for Function members.
  • Cultivate deep, personal relationships with key contacts at each partner site through regular communication and a minimum of two in-person visits per year.
  • Lead localized marketing events in coordination with the marketing team to drive brand awareness and member growth.
  • Act as the connection point with key stakeholders, including OEM representatives in your area.
  • Monitor partner performance through data analysis and proactive outreach, intervening to prevent or resolve issues before they impact the member experience.
Partnership Expansion Support
  • Assist the Head of Partnerships in identifying and evaluating new partnership opportunities.
  • Support due diligence processes for potential new partners as the network continues to scale.
Data and Reporting
  • Maintain meticulous CRM records in Salesforce and build tracking systems to monitor regional performance.
  • Contribute to dashboards that measure partner health, member satisfaction, and operational metrics.
  • Present actionable insights to leadership through clear, comprehensive reporting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Coordinate with clinical, operations, marketing, and member experience teams to resolve regional challenges.
  • Ensure seamless member scheduling, paperwork processing, and results delivery.
  • Document and systematize scalable processes across your region.

Qualifications/Skills:
  • 3+ years in account management, partnerships, or regional operations, preferably in healthcare or health tech
  • Proven ability to own and grow partner relationships across a distributed territory
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging partner leadership and internal stakeholders at the same level
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proactive problem-solver with a bias toward action and process improvement
  • Familiarity with a medical or imaging environment is a plus

Compensation
The base pay range for this role is $90,000 – $110,000 per year.
