Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high-volume book of clients while establishing and maintaining strong relationships throughout the client’s partnership with the company
  • Manage new client kick-off meetings which includes understanding client goals, aligning on strategy, determining metrics for measuring success, and building a collaborative relationship with clients
  • Organize and facilitate quarterly client business reviews to review the client's performance and provide strategic recommendations for areas of opportunity
  • Proactively find trends across client accounts to identify opportunities, address problems, and avoid recurring issues
  • Achieve customer retention, upsell, and cross-sell quotas
  • Make outbound phone calls and conduct webinars with current clients while maintaining an up-to-date CRM for tracking
  • Work cross-functional to ensure the success of your client's online campaigns and overall performance.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years in account management or client-facing role required
  • 1+ years of experience in SEM (Search Engine Marketing) / PPC (Pay Per Click) advertising strategies and experience in measuring the success of such campaigns required
  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing sales is a plus
  • A “go-getter” – results-oriented and puts in extra effort to exceed expectations
  • An outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic individual who can positively develop client relationships whilst also managing client expectations
  • You have excellent communication and personal organization skills, self-motivation, and can work under pressure
  • Ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, team player with a passion for learning

In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, we are committed to providing clear and equitable compensation information. For this remote position, the expected salary range is $65,000 - $75,000 USD, depending on location, experience, and qualifications. This role may also be eligible for additional compensation such as bonuses, commissions, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates applying from jurisdictions with specific pay disclosure requirements (e.g., California, Colorado, New York, Washington, Illinois, British Columbia) will receive location-specific compensation details in compliance with local laws.
