We are seeking a customer-focused Account Manager to own net revenue retention across a portfolio of public safety agencies in the South East region. This role is responsible for renewals, expansions, and long-term account health, serving as a trusted commercial partner to agencies using DroneSense by Versaterm.
You will work closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to ensure customers realize ongoing value from the platform while identifying opportunities to expand usage in alignment with agency needs and budgets.
What You Do
- Own renewals, expansions, and net revenue retention metrics for assigned accounts
- Develop and execute account plans focused on long-term adoption and growth
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned to agency mission needs
- Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned customers
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure successful deployments and outcomes
- Maintain accurate renewal and expansion forecasting in CRM tools
What You Bring
- 3+ years of account management or customer-facing experience
- Proven success managing renewals and expansion revenue
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Customer-first mindset with strong organizational discipline
- Experience in SaaS, GovTech, or public safety environments preferred
