Context:We are a 25-person marketing agency providing growth service to small to enterprise clients. We've been operating since 2017. Everyday is different (which keeps it interesting) and our main goal is to scale and grow our clients by any means necessary.
That means a lot of moving parts and a lot of things that break or need fixing quickly.
As an account manager, your primary role is to make sure the client is satisfied, that he is heard and that we achieve the results we’re aiming for.
Concretely, this means:
(Onboarding) Taking care of onboarding the client > From the moment he signs the contract, you will be responsible for onboarding him into our ecosystem. This means collecting the accesses, making sure to interview the client and collect as much information as possible about the goals, the challenges, the small but important details about the business, etc.
(Communication) Making sure the client is informed at every step of the project. Answering the client’s requests via phone, SMS, Slack, email. Answering promptly any client complaint.
(Bridging) Be the bridge between the project manager (PM) and the client
(Reporting) Explaining the results and collecting the client’s feedback.
(Upselling) Exploring new opportunities with the client for him to sign on for some additional service or add-ons.
Very strong knowledge and experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads and SEO strategies
Native-level of English
Native-level of French
Very strong communication skills
Be ready to work outside of regular business hours if you’re not located in an Eastern American time zone (EST)
