About Aleph

Aleph is an AI-native platform for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), an established software category with a multi-billion market but no clear winner. We’re trying to solve a problem many finance teams are super familiar with: data scattered across a million systems, endless spreadsheets and way too much time spent getting numbers to line up instead of actually using them to make decisions.

Aleph was founded by Albert Gozzi and Santiago Perez De Rosso, two technical founders with backgrounds from Stanford and MIT and experience working at top-tier companies such as Google, Microsoft and Bain & Company. We’re backed by top VCs (Khosla Ventures, Bain Capital Ventures, YC, Picus Capital), and work with customers like Webflow, Notion, Zapier, Y Combinator and many others.

We are hiring remotely across the Americas (United States, Canada, LATAM).

🔍 What we're looking for

This is Aleph's first Account Manager hire. You'll own the revenue side of our customer relationships -renewals, expansions, upsells- working directly with finance teams who hold vendors to a high standard and can tell the difference between a good pitch and genuine expertise.

You're not walking into a blank slate. We have better-than-benchmark churn and NDR, a CS team that runs deep implementations, and customers who are genuinely happy with the product. What we're missing is someone to formalize the expansion motion, build it into a repeatable playbook, and own it going forward.

That means showing up credibly on two fronts: you can hold a commercial conversation with a CFO, and you can sit in a product implementation review and actually follow along.

This is a remote role open to candidates based anywhere in the US or Canada.

🧑‍💼 What you'll be doing

  • Own the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of accounts

  • Formalize our expansion playbook and scale it -- identify where growth potential lives, design the motion, execute it yourself

  • Partner with CSMs on account strategy; you bring the commercial angle, they bring the implementation depth

  • Engage directly with finance teams and economic buyers -- understand their workflows, speak their language, and connect Aleph's value to outcomes they actually care about

  • Run pricing conversations and negotiate renewals and expansions with confidence

  • Develop enough product fluency to discuss implementation details credibly and handle technical questions without flinching

  • Track account health signals: usage trends, AI adoption, seat utilization, QBR context

  • Flag at-risk accounts early and work with CSMs and leadership on save strategies

📋 What you bring

  • Strong analytical foundations -- finance, consulting, engineering, product etc.; whatever the path, you can work with complex data, build a tight argument, and earn trust with quantitative buyers

  • You've carried a quota, hit it, and know how to close

  • You're high slope -- you pick things up fast, take on more than your role requires, and have a track record of outgrowing wherever you've been

  • You can hold your own in a CFO or FP&A conversation as someone who genuinely understands how finance teams think, not as a vendor running through a deck

Any of the following would be a plus:

  • High-rigor background (consulting, IB, PE) with a deliberate move into go-to-market

  • Experience in a customer-facing B2B SaaS role

  • Time spent directly on a finance team at a software company

  • FP&A experience specifically -- you know what Aleph's customers do every day because you've done it

While this is a remote-first opportunity, we're focusing on candidates within the Americas to better align with our working hours as a team.
