AI has transformed B2B SaaS, but has struggled to penetrate the real-world industries that shape our lives. Flai is building the leading AI-native communications platform for car dealerships.
A $1.3 trillion industry, auto dealerships sell 96% of the 16 million new cars sold each year. Yet they universally run on outdated systems and manual processes, which is why dealerships spend $36B each year on operations. That's our opportunity.
We launched our first voice AI product a year ago. Since then, we have deployed multiple products across hundreds of dealerships across the U.S. We've partnered with the 2nd largest automaker in the country and many of the leading dealership groups. We've raised funding from leading VCs including First Round Capital, Toyota Ventures, Y Combinator, Innovation Endeavors, SV Angel, and Liquid 2.
We've grown insanely quickly with a small, scrappy team and continue to move at that pace.

 

The Opportunity

Our customers love the product, and that opens up a huge opportunity to grow with them. You'll own expansion across our existing customers, helping them get even more out of Flai.
There's a lot of upside sitting in our current base, and we need someone to go get it.

What You'll Do

  • Grow every account: Own expansion revenue across your book of customers.

  • Expand across rooftops: Bring Flai to more locations within the dealer groups we already serve.

  • Launch new products: As our suite grows, introduce customers to new ways we can help their stores.

  • Run the full deal: Demo, build proposals, negotiate, and close.

  • Partner with customer success: Team up with CS to understand each account's health and turn it into growth.

  • Bring the customer's voice back: Share customer feedback and insights with the team to help shape what we build next.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management, account executive, or another quota-carrying sales role

  • A track record of hitting expansion or upsell targets

  • Experience selling to car dealerships or within automotive

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing dealership accounts in a growth, farming, or expansion role at any company that sells to dealerships

  • Experience selling into multi-rooftop dealer groups

  • Experience with HubSpot
